Lynn Handler, ESQ.

Lynn Handler has been practicing law for over 20 years focused primarily providing services to the casino gaming and hospitality industry, both as an outside attorney and as in-house counsel. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Lynn is the founder of a risk management and insurance consulting practice which provides services not only to the casino and gaming industry but also to a variety of other related industry sectors. Prior to forming her consulting practice, Lynn spent 7 years as vice president and corporate counsel to Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc., a multi-jurisdictional gaming company with casinos throughout the country. As senior counsel, Lynn was responsible for the company’s risk management, intellectual property, employment, labor relations and litigation matters. Before joining Pinnacle, Lynn was Assistant General Counsel and Director of Risk Management for Resorts Atlantic City Casino Hotel. Lynn began practicing law in 1991 in New Jersey at Carlet, Garrison & Klein and focused on commercial law. Lynn has taught Hospitality law for the Atlantic City Resort Association. Lynn received her JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and her BA from Adelphi University. She resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband.
